Shipping policy
We ship internationally. Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare it, and 3-18 business days for delivery depending on your location. You'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — customs processing and remote locations can occasionally add extra time. If your order is running behind, email us at support@thesilkhive.com and we'll help track it down.

We currently ship to the continental U.S. and most international countries. Remote areas may carry an additional charge, since fewer carriers service them. Delivery timeframes below are estimates only.
